                                Reservation and Cancellation Policy

We understand life gets busy and appointments made weeks in advance can be forgotten. As a courtesy, we will send a reminder the day before your scheduled appointment.• You must reply to confirm your appointment. If we do not receive a response, your appointment will be cancelled.

If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If you are running late, kindly call, text, or email us.

• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled.

If you miss more than one appointment—whether by rescheduling, cancelling, or not showing—there will be a $30 retainer fee required to book another appointment with our specialist. This fee will be applied toward your service on the day of your appointment.

Making Reservation

  • We Require Full Name, Phone and Email to complete a reservation. There's a $20 retainer fee for NEW CLIENTS. The $20 fee will goes toward your service on day of appointment.

  • Should you disagree with our booking Policy you ofcourse have the right not to book with us

  • There is a $30 retainer fee for services above $200 and/or service that's more than 1hr 30min. Please click button above to send the deposit. The $30 will goes toward your service on the day of your appointment.

  • If the service is more than $150 - Payment will be taken upon arrival.

  • If you booked but rescheduled or cancelled your appointment more than 2 times, there's a $30 retainer fee to rebook with the Specialist. The $30 will goes towards your services.

       APPOINTMENT REMINDER POLICY

  • Our Staff will send an appointment reminder via SMS/Email a day before to ask you to confirm the appointment you've scheduled. You must reply to confirm 'yes' or 'no' before 4pm to avoid cancellations.

 

 

 

CDC and OSHA guidelines do not permit observers in the treatment room. Family members or friends may remain in the waiting area. Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment, as children are not allowed in the treatment area.

 

For your safety, please inform your aesthetician before your treatment if you are pregnant, currently taking Accutane, using Retin-A, or on a blood thinner or daily aspirin.

 

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to prepare for your service. As part of our skincare protocol, all new clients are required to complete a skincare history form and treatment consent forms prior to their session.

Client Appointments

New clients are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes early to complete a brief intake form. We also recommend reviewing our website prior to your visit for helpful information about your treatment.

 

You will receive an email or SMS 24 hours before your appointment to confirm your time. Please reply to let us know whether you will attend. This helps prevent forgotten or missed appointments and ensures smoother scheduling for all clients.

 

Product Refunds

All retail product sales are final.

• No refunds are issued for opened or unopened products.

• Unused, unopened products may be exchanged for store credit only if returned within 3 days of purchase.

• The original product must be presented at the time of exchange.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $30 fee, or $50 for Specialist appointments.

• This policy allows us to compensate our staff and offer the appointment to clients on our waitlist.

 

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy.

 

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may receive a shortened service or may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the treatment.

 

No-Show & Rescheduling Policy

A confirmed appointment that is not attended and not cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice is considered a no-show.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price, and deposits will be forfeited.

• Rebooking after a no-show requires a $30 rebooking fee.

• No refunds are provided for cancelled or no-show appointments.

 

Please be considerate of your specialist’s time. Missed appointments directly impact their daily earnings and prevent clients on our waitlist from being served.

 

Last-minute changes on the day of your appointment will only be accommodated if the schedule allows.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service value, with no refunds or credits issued.

 

Prepaid Packages

For prepaid treatment packages:

• If you confirm your appointment but do not attend, or if you fail to give at least 5 hours’ notice, one session will be deducted from your package.

• No exceptions.

 

Running Late

Traffic happens—we understand. If you are running late, please call or text us.

• If you are 5–10 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened.

• If you are 15 minutes or more late, we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid delaying the next client.

 

Special Needs & Medical Conditions

Your comfort and safety are essential. Before your treatment, please inform your provider of any medical conditions, pregnancy, injuries, allergies, disabilities, or special needs. This allows us to tailor your service accordingly.

 

Sanitation Standards

Your health is our top priority. We use disposable materials where possible, and all tools are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and stored in sanitary containers. Treatment rooms and equipment are fully sanitized after each service.


Service and Gift Certificates

There are no refunds on gift certificates, prepaid packages, or services. No cash or credit-back refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If management determines that compensation is appropriate, an in-house credit may be issued for an estimated dollar amount. Service providers are not permitted to grant refunds at any time.

 

Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. The physical card must be presented at the time of service.

 

Gift certificates and prepaid packages are valid for 10 months from the month of purchase or until the expiration date printed on the card. No refunds will be provided for expired gift certificates or packages.

 

Unused portions of prepaid packages may be transferred to other services, but not refunded.

 

Payment Policy

Because our clinic provides beauty and aesthetic services, we do not accept or bill insurance. Payment for all individual treatments is due at the time of service, and all packages must be paid in full at the first appointment. We do not offer financing or payment plans.

 

All services are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any completed treatments.

 

We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Venmo, and cash. All pricing is subject to change without notice.

 

A valid credit card with expiration date is required to secure all appointments, even if you plan to pay with a gift certificate, voucher, or promotional offer.


 

Treatment & Service Policy

• All completed treatments, facials, and procedures are non-refundable.

Once a service has been performed, the time, products, equipment use, and professional expertise have been rendered and cannot be reversed. For this reason, refunds (full or partial) are not offered under any circumstance.

 

Results vary from client to client.

Every individual’s skin type, lifestyle, medical history, and healing response are unique. Because of this, we cannot guarantee identical results for all clients. Some skin conditions—such as acne scarring, pigmentation, and sebaceous hyperplasia—may require multiple sessions to achieve visible improvement.

 

• Multiple sessions may be recommended.

Many advanced treatments work cumulatively. Lack of immediate or dramatic change after the first session does not indicate an ineffective service.

 

• Pre-treatment & post-care instructions must be followed.

Client compliance is essential for achieving optimal results. Failure to follow aftercare may influence treatment outcomes.

 

All payments are final.

Payment for packages, promotions, deposits, or individual sessions is final and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

 

• No guarantees, warranties, or promises of outcome.

While we aim for the best possible results, aesthetic treatments naturally vary. By booking a service, clients acknowledge these variables.

 

• Contraindications & candidacy.

If a client is not a suitable candidate for a service after an in-person evaluation, we may recommend alternative options.

 

• Appointment deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits secure your appointment and cover preparation time. They may be applied toward your service but will not be refunded.

 

• Rescheduling & cancellation policy.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit or a fee.

 

Special Considerations

L’AMI Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. We also reserve the right to discontinue or refuse treatment at our discretion if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

 

As a courtesy to other guests, please be aware that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service will still end at the scheduled time so the next appointment is not delayed.

 

Promotions

Promotional offers cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with any other discounts, specials, or promotions.

 

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in service prices. While optional, they are always appreciated by your service provider.

 

Prices Subject to Change

We continually update and expand our services to offer the best and most advanced treatments. Although we make every effort to keep our website and menu current, prices and services may change at any time without notice.

L’AMI Skincare reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

 

Visitors

For safety and to maintain a calm treatment environment, visitors—including those who fall under our age restriction policy—may not accompany clients into treatment rooms. All non-clients must remain in the waiting area.

 

Treatment Outcomes

We value honesty and transparency. Aesthetics is not an exact science, and individual responses to treatment vary widely. Because specific results cannot be guaranteed, payments cover the performance of the service, not the achievement of a particular outcome.

Our team is committed to delivering the best possible results for every client. Thank you for trusting us with your care.

 

Consultations

Consultations are available by appointment only on weekends.

• Standard consultation (10–15 minutes): $20

• In-depth consultation with our Medical Specialist (30 minutes): $30

All consultation appointments must be booked and paid for in advance. We do not accept walk-ins.

 

Laser Treatment Appointment Hours

Laser procedures are performed exclusively by our contracted Board-Certified Medical Personnel.

Laser appointments are available on weekends from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM, by appointment only.
